Your role

As a customer host, you will be responsible for staffing our customer service/reception at ÖBO's area office in Vivalla. Visitors from all over the city come here with both small and large matters. You and a colleague ensure that customers and contractors receive assistance, including checking out keys and tags, registering fault reports, and answering questions. The assignment includes maintaining good order in the customer service environment and performing other office tasks, such as purchasing and goods reception.

The role also includes supporting the staff in the area with other relevant tasks.

Working hours for the position are 7:15 AM to 4:15 PM. Work until 6 PM on the first weekday of the month may occur.

Your qualifications

• You have at least a high school education.
• You have experience in customer contact and administrative work.
• Good ability to express yourself in writing and verbally in Swedish and English.
• Multilingualism is an asset.
• A B driver's license is an asset.
